Cannot connect directly on local network

I have had my Plex server setup for a while now.

I have “full remove access” in the Remote Access tab. Port forwarding is enabled and working, router is set to communicate with cloudflare 1.1.1.1 DNS service.

Yet on my Xbox one, I can’t stream at higher qualities because it says I am connected indirectly. This was ever since I upgraded to 1.15.

Any help would be appreciated.

then you have to enable external access or it won’t work because cloud flare makes a connection via proxy server then it cannot reach inter IP conductors
