Cannot connect PMS anymore after modem restart

Dear all,

I have been using PMS since a couple of months and it works great. It is installed on my Imac from 2011 and it streams to Iphone, Ipad and Samsung TV.
Yesterday I had to restart my modem and since then none of the above devices can connect to the PMS. I have googled and tried for hours, but I simply cannot get it to work anymore.

Does anyone has an idea what can be the problem? Any help is much appreciated!

Are you saying you can not login on your iMac/ Server?

Which OS are you using on the iMac?

Try login by using a Browser instead of Launching from Menu bar.

I am using High Sierra 10.13.6
On my Imac I can see all the libraries etc, but my devices cannot connect to the server. i.e. on my iphone the server is greyed out. When I try the link you provided, I have the same issue: it gives a message that it cannot connect to the libraries.

Try Reserving the Server LAN IP in the router. Sometimes called Static Lease. A lot of apps allow to manually add the server LAN IP.

The ipad may not just go Internet settings and renew lease, then your password.
