I’m hoping someone will be able to assist - for some reason none of my plex apps (Samsung tv, iPhone, iPad and amazon fire) can’t connect to my server. It’s not a firewall or vpn issue (turned them off to no avail) and I haven’t made any hardware changes. Just came home one evening and everything had stopped working.
My tv says the server is offline or unavailable. iPad says the server is unavailable and after reinstalling the iPhone app, it now asks me to add a library.
I am able to view the server via the web interface and use PMP on my computxer, but I can’t access the server via web interface from my iPad. Everything shows up under my devices too.
I’m about to go on holidays so would really to get it working again! Thanks in adance,
