Before finding out my ISP blocks all ports unless buying a static IP I re-did my plex server several times. This has now despite my lifetime plex pass perma banned my server so that my certificate is not working.
This leaves me with a never ending “Cannot connect securely to server” message.
Tried to delete the cert in cache and restart with no luck.
What do I do?
I don’t run any custom cert. Please help.

I have tried all the suggested solutions with no luck. Port 32400 is open and I now have a static IP from which I can confirm the port is open.
Anyone else have this issue or know if it is possible to get support from Plex? I am on the verge of moving to an alternate solution like Jellyfin as this has been going on for 1.5 months now and not having access to our music and DVD library outside our home without a VPN is frustrating.
Have you made sure your docker is using host mode for networking? Is your ISP router using DNS rebinding? that may need to be disabled if the cause. (If you can, use a different DNS like Googles)
Hi, I appreciate the help.
My plex container runs in Host mode.
There is no DNS rebinding protection on my ISP router, only Enable Anti-SYN Flooding is enabled and disabling it and restarting do not make a difference.
My main DNS is Pihole which uses Google as the upstream DNS and the fallback DNS is 8.8.8.8 on my router.
I have been down the rabbit hole many nights which is why I think it must be a certificate issue as remember ONLY Plex is having this issue, no other service I am hosting have any difficulties.
Open to further suggestions if you have and thank you in advance.
