Cannot connect to PMS on QNAP-872XT NAS

Player Version#: Latest version on Sony Android TV & on Android phone.

Most of the time, the player on my Sony Android TV cannot connect to PMS installed on my QNAP-872XT NAS. Access to NAS itself is fine, though.

To overcome this issue, I have to log into the NAS admin, stop / start PMS thru the AppCentre on the NAS. Players on my devices are then able to connect to PMS.

I have reinstalled the PMS, the Plex players on my devices including the android TV and these all on the latest version. Have had to recreate libraries and, as I notice, library scans do not continue. I have to go to each library and select scan libraries to get the scanning to start. Not sure if this is normal behaviour or I need to change any settings for both these issues. I have attached server logs.
Kindly suggest resolution.
