on my ubuntu server i run plex and the boot partition died and i had to replace with new drives then i reinstalled ubuntu 20.04 and installed plex again now when i added my exsisting server i cannot connect secure anymore how do i fix i can access it unsecurly through ip but rather not thanks for any help
Need your server logs.
Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs (the whole ZIP file)
or make a tar.gz of the ‘Logs’ directory under Plex.
Most common cause is firewall without ports opened.

Can you do a server restart, wait 60 seconds, then grab the logs ?
That will allow me to check the certificate.
All your playback activity has caused the startup to roll off the end of the buffer.

I see ‘mediacade’ and ‘Mediacade2’ servers. Which are we talking about?
If it’s Mediacade 2, restart (hard stop then reopen) all player apps so they get the new server ID. The old Mediacade2 server was deleted.
