Cannot Connect to Xbox One from Local Web App if PMS on NAS

Hello.

Can someone help me figure this one out?

I have two PMS instances. One on Synology NAS. Another on Windows 10. When I attempt to connect to the XBox One client, I get weird results depending on where I do it from:

From https://app.plex.tv/web/app:
I can connect to Xbox One from PMS running on both systems.

Using Plex Web App locally (nas.blaaah.com:32400/web/index.html or pc.blaaah.com:32400/web/index.html - same result):

  1. I can connect to Xbox One from PMS running on Windows 10.
  2. I cannot connect to Xbox One from PMS running on Synology NAS. The error I get is “There was a problem connecting to this player.”

To make matters worse, media is not flung to the Xbox One even if I am connected.

Any ideas?
