Connection problems for Plex on Xbox One

Hi folks,

Excited that Plex for Xbox is here, but having some problems.

I have two Plex servers: one on a Synology NAS, and one on a quad-code PC for transcoding. Yesterday I was able to fire up the Plex App and connect to the servers, worked fine. [Edit: both servers were previously updated to 0.9.10.3.]

Later in the day I tried again, and I could only get a spinning "connect" circle — Plex could never find the servers. I tried closing and relaunching Plex on Xbox One several times (by loading a game into memory, then returning to Plex), as well as completely turning off the Xbox One and rebooting several times. No help.

The weird thing is that the servers *were* there, and in fact, I could see them from Plex.tv website, and I could connect to them from a small Intel NUC that I use with Plex Home Theater. That NUC is connected to the same ethernet switch as the Xbox One, too.

The only thing slightly odd I noticed was that when the Plex App was running, I'd occasionally see it in the reduced window on the home screen saying I needed to be logged into my Xbox Live account. I would do that, but the app would not progress from there. If I reboot, I can get back to the spinning circle issue, but that's about it.

Can any one give any advice, or where/how I can get log information from the Xbox One to share to help diagnose?

Thank you!
