Hello, I am trying to play a movie but I get this error:
Cannot convert this item. Implementation for audio decoder ‘dca-ma’ not found.
I’m assuming this file need to be transcoded.
Seems like a lot of errors are popping up with
Access is denied and The system cannot find the path specified for directory "c:Transcode\Sessions"

Do you have any idea from where it could come these errors ?
I am having many issues since a few month but the computer is very powerfull, I am running windows 10 on a Intel NUC NUC8i7HVK i7-8809G
Should I try to uninstall PMS and reinstall ?

Does Plex have access to the folder "c:Transcode\Sessions" ?
This is not even a right path and c:\Transcode\Sessions doesnt exist on my computer 
Can you verify the temp path for the transcoder?
Under settings–>Transcoder. You will need to click Show Advanced

The path was empty.
I now created a folder on my drive and put the path in this setting.

What are the results from that? Anymore issues?
It seems to have solve the problems, I tried yesterday with another movie, it worked perfectly.
