Cannot create a manual connection with ios app

Server Version#: 1.32.0.6950

I’ve had this issue for years, and now it has reached a critical point. I have a Plex media server specifically because there will be long stretches in the near future where I do not have internet connection, and I want my media local. Unfortunately, no matter what I try (and I have combed these forums for the answers), I cannot get any of my ios devices to connect to the server manually.

The devices are: iPad air 5th gen, iPhone 13 pro max. The Plex server is kept up to date.

I’d also like to connect my apple TV directly, for the same reasons.

Every time I attempt the connection, i get the following message on my device:

Unable to add connection
A connection to the server couldn’t be established
using the details you provided.

Error code: -1005

I have verified all ip addresses, subnet masks, and even put EVERY local ip in the comma separated list… All failed.

I need help, or I will be canceling my 10+ years of Plex pass, and utilizing a different home media service - as Plex will be 100% unusable for me.
