Cannot delete a label from a film

Server Version#: 1.41.2.9200
Player Version#: All

I have labels that I can’t remove from films. Using the plex interface, I modify the film file, remove the labels, validate but when I reopen the labels are back.

My Kometa tool automatically created a collection for me with the label “:santa: Christmas Movies”. I’ve seen on other posts that emoji can cause problems.

I’ve deleted the collection but the labels themselves remain, I’ve tried manual deletion, or deletion with kometa but nothing to do. I haven’t seen any error in my plex logs.

log : Completed: [XXX.XX.XX.XX:XXXXX] 200 PUT /library/sections/1/all?type=1&id=223&includeExternalMedia=1&label%5B0%5D.tag.tag=Overlay&label%5B%5D.tag.tag-=%25F0%259F%258E%2585%2520Films%2520No%25C3%25ABl (15 live) #b4387 GZIP 515ms 294 bytes

Does anyone have the same problem? How can I force deletion?

Thank you.

After modifying/removing the tags from the file, try Refresh Metadata for the file so that Plex will update the database record for that file.

I think there is still a bug that hits when creating collections with Emoji. Avoid them.

This is what I tried to do but each time I validate the modification I have the log in code 200 to tell me that it is good but if I edit the film again, the label is still there.

Yes I removed the use of emojis with Kometa, but I find myself with these tags that do not erase, I would still like to delete them, but Plex does not give me the possibility to do so. Indeed there is still a bug from what I see. Is there a way to report a bug somewhere?
