Cannot direct play HEVC MKV on Apple TV 4K (2nd Gen)

Hi All,
I am getting the following error when trying to directly play HEVC MKV files:

Something went wrong playing your media. Please try again.

Could not direct play because: App cannot direct play this item. No direct play video profile exists for protocol http, with container mkv, and video codec havoc. Could not transcode because: File is unplayable. Color space is not supported.

I am able to play these files just fine using the Infuse app, but the Plex app does not work.

I have attached the Plex media info XML from one of the files here: 12639.txt (139.9 KB)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Anyone? Is there another way I should be seeking support as a Plex Pass user?
