Hi there, looking for some help as I can’t seem to resolve this one no matter what settings I play with..
AppleTV 4K 1st gen is trying to play it back. Latest Plexpass server installed on a Synology DS918+ (64-bit), and using latest app on AppleTV device.
This file plays back fine on a stereo setup LG C1 TV in another room (on the native Plex app on the LG platform). However, it plays back with distorted colours. Web player does the same.
Subtitles are not enabled, playback settings are to “play original quality”, full dynamic range, as you can see below it only has one audi o track, and subtitles are OFF.
When I play the file on the AppleTV 4K 1st gen, it plays the audio, but has a spinning disc. I tried enabled the video diagnostics but it won’t even display those. The appleTV reports this:

The AppleTV itself is set to to “off” where it says 'auto adjust quality" - which seems to have fixed my reported symptoms for others when I’ve searched. I’ve enabled and disabled to ensure it’s set.
