Cannot Direct Stream - Atmos or DTS-X - Audio Passthrough

I finally gave audio passthrough a try, hoping to get rid of my shield.
I notice it’s a bit choppy, when I went into details I noticed this.
Not really sure what this Reasons thing is on Atmos and DTS-X files
Also not really sure if it has anything to do with the choppiness

HEVC + Atmos

HEVC + DTS-X

HEVC + 5.1

5.1 seems to work fine

Xbox is set to Passthrough, When the movie starts, the xbox shows passthough
Receiver is picking the Atmos or DTS-X
Plex Dash - Doesn’t show any transcoding
So all those seem to be working fine

what exactly does the plex dashboard show? are they direct STREAMing? if so, then you must determine why, as pass through is only supported with direct PLAY.

the most likely place to look is PGS subtitles, turn them off or switch to SRT subtitles.

Well without the specific details of your setup, and logs, all we can do is guess.

What tv, avr, do you have, how are they connected to the Xbox?

Have you restarted the Xbox?

Does an actual Blu-ray with truehd/dtshd play and pass through?

Not sure what my equipment has to do with it… It’s setup properly

Doesn’t matter, I will stick with my shield that thing just works for everything
