Hi, for some media files, I cannot disable the subtitles but it only happens on certain devices. E.g., if I watch the media file through Plex on my Apple TV, I have the option of disabling the subtitles and the subtitles stays off. However, if I watch the same file on my Samsung TV Plex app, then even if I disable the subtitles, there is a white subtitle with black background that shows up. There is no way of disabling it. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
