I love plex. We’re almost always watching something or allowing something to play in the background. We always cast to chromecast from the iphone app.
There is one major problem, while plex is playing from the phone, one cannot use volume up and down outside the plex app. If I put plex in the background and I try to volume up or down it, it stays locked at the current volume. So if plex is playing on the iphone, it permanently overrides volume control, no matter what you do,
Pls tell me how to disconnect this, we use google home to control the tv volume. I would really like to have my volume control restored for other apps.
