Added some new folders now I cannot add them to my primary account as it is in home users nor will it allow me to remove that account from home users. No red x to click. How can I add the folders to my admin account? It is also not listed under friends.

Not really understanding, are you trying to scan for files for a library?. Only the admin account can add folders to their server libraries. Only the home admin account can remove accounts. Are you in someone else’s Plex Home? If you are not using the admin account then switch to it in the user menu with your avatar then you should see admin options.
You don’t edit a user to add folders/files to a library or create/edit a library.
if you want to add new movies to an existing library you just add the movies to the folder the other movies are in. There is nothing to do in interface but “scan library files” afterwards
If you want to edit a library to add a new folder you edit the library
Or you create a new library and add folders to it.
This is not what I am trying to do. My library’s are fine, I am needing to add the new folders / library’s to the account that is under my home users. I see no way to do this. All users under friends I can add those folders / library’s very easily.
“sharing libraries” which is what you do on that “Users & Sharing” page not “adding folders”. Folders are added to libraries on the library settings. The admin account automatically has access to all libraries because they are the admin and it is their server.
When signed into that account you should see all the libraries and servers owned by that account by clicking MORE on the home screen.
Sorry for the verbiage. I unchecked 'All libraries" from that account. How can I get it back?
I don’t understand how you unchecked “all libraries” for the admin account. The admin by default has access to all libraries because the libraries belong to the admin. The option for All libraries should not even be there since you can’t remove your own access to your own libraries. Can you please take a screenshot of whaat you are looking at with it unchecked.
I did this years ago before home users even existed, unchecked due to younger kids in the house. Need a way to add it back.
You cannot make your own libraries unavailable to your own account. It sounds like you are using multiple accounts for yourself.
I am telling you the library’s I just created are not being seen by that account. How can I remove it from home users then? No X anywhere to be seen.
You don’t remove libraries by clicking an x for any user. You cannot edit libraries for the admin there. You cannot remove yourself from your own server.
For shared users whether in your home or not. you click anywhere on the row for that user and edit the shared libraries. Your admin account is not a shared user.
Please take a screenshot of the libraries you do see when logged in as the admin.

the admins libraries and the libraries shared with the admin by other admins of other servers can be seen by clicking on MORE on the side bar.
If you don’t want to see a library another user is sharing with you again click on that user and the libraries they share with you will be listed under the “Shared with you”. When you edit you can “leave server”
When on my PC I see all the libraries including when I click on more, When on a plex app on my TV signed in with my admin account I am not seeing the newly added libraries, I specifically remember on my primary / admin account years ago you were able to edit the libraries. I unchecked All libaries and selected the ones I wanted, Just like you do for friends, This was before Home Users ever existed.
that option has never existed for the admin. You cannot remove your own access to your own libraries from your own server.
Looking at your account you appear to be sharing with another account with a virtually identical username. Are you sure you are not signed into that other account on your TV?
On the TV home screen on the left where is says “home” to the left of that is a three dot menu which should allow you to reset customizations to re-pick the libraries you choose to have pinned on home screen.
