Cannot edit art for films, etc

Hi, I am having trouble editing the art ( poster & background). There is no pencil around or anything that will enable me to edit this.
I tried: updating the server of my qnap nas to the latetst version
I tried sth else to edit and tried chrome instead of firefox ( my favourite)

Does anyone have a clue? Thanks for any help given.

You need to “hover” your mouse on the movie you want to edit.

then you will get the “edit pencil” icon (click that to change poster, name, background etc) or the “3 dot hamburger menu” icon (re-scan meta data, match, fix match etc)
