Cannot enable sync watch state and rating (only on admin account)

Hello, I need help and have not been able to find any documentation on this issue so I’ve come here.

I cannot enable Sync Watch State and Rating on my Samsung Smart TVs (2 of them) when using my main (admin) account. However this issue does NOT exist for any other accounts I made (for my girlfriend or my moms accounts).

Why would this only affect my admin account AND only on my TVs (not on my PC when use webapp)?

Info: my Plex server is on my Synology NAS server running DSM 7.
