Cannot enter server settings

Server Version#: Donht know, since I cannot enter the settings to view it.
Player Version#: N/A
I cannot enter server settings any more, as soon as I trie, it wants me to login to Plex account, since I do not want the server to talk with anything outside my LAN, what do I do?

However, Plex is not made to run forever without signing in to plex.tv
You might have to do that at least from time to time. Otherwise you may be missing codecs which are necessary for operation.

Nothing in that link applied, (the entries in Preferences.xml, isnt there) the server is offline from WAN, and it stays there, I dont mind codecs, since normal updates should take care of that.
