Missing Server Settings

Server Version 1.18.9.2578-513b381af-x86 on Synology NAS

I logout from connected-server via browser.

NOW:

From this time i can not reconnect to the plex- server.
My complete Media dispappear.
No Server Settings available.
No Server Settings Option available.
I tried to link to an old server settings url
!/settings/server/8dbc0719524c125a1d95a82aa9e6bf9552a1728a/status/server-dashboard
I get 401 unauthorized

Restart the server has no effects.
Reinstall the server has no effects.

I try to reconnect via plex.tv
No effects.

Plexf-Web shows all the time i should install a server?!?
Server is running but I can not connect to the server.

Need Support.

You might want/need to check this support article… sounds like you locked yourself out

Thanks a lot for your response.
I Stop the plex-server
I delete all the key/value pairs as descripted from preferences.xm
I start again the plex-server
I open the weburl and get the redirect to https://app.plex.tv/auth/#!?clientID=
I login
But
still the server is missing and all my media etc.

don’t go through app.plex.tv – you need to directly go to the local PMS -> http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web
