i have the same problem

Do you have static ip and port forwarding setup?

You have removed your only server that was in your account.
Now you have to perform this procedure to bring it back in:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

Notice: if you change your email address, you don’t need to do anything about your servers or clients. They are signed into your Plex account, not into your email address.

static ip port forwarding not setup

Followed the link and regained access to my server. However, the server settings are still unavailable. There is another working Plex server on my network

There are still no servers registered in your user account.
Are you sure this one here is the only Plex account you are using?

Yes. That’s what on my screen except it doesn’t show up in authorized devices.

What is shown on the rest of the page?

Server settings unavailable to the right

Which Plex app did you load?

Have you tried to use a ‘incognito’ browser window, and use the ‘local’ web app?
http://ip-of-server:32400/web

I just tried didn’t work

I have opened from right click Plex server icon and also Plex media player app and chrome web browser

Do you have any web browser add-ins which filter parts of web pages or suppress some type of content?
Can you ping plex.tv ?

Please also try

(Make sure you don’t have a browser extension named ‘https everywhere’ or similar.)

No request times out when I ping plex.tv

Similar issue here. I’m unable to download the new server update and when I try, I get the “Server settings unavailable” error.

Also finding that recent additions to my library aren’t showing up on Plex. Last night, a movie we were watching stopped abruptly before the end and would not complete after multiple attempts. I double checked the file and it’s all there. I watched the rest of the movie directly from the folder on my computer.

Windows 10 v. 1903.

I have the same problem. Just Yesterday it started, every movie I add no metadata gets pulled and I cannot access my server settings, anyone come up with a fix? I am on windows 10, did not change a damn thing for months. Just happened out of the blue. A setting pops up saying I have an update then I try to update and it just says server settings unavailable.
