Cannot Filter on Custom Mood

Server Version#: 1.24.5.5173-7000
Player Version#: Web, and/or Windows Desktop v 1.35.1.2632-c6783c78

I have added some custom moods to some songs. However, when I go to make a new playlist with custom filters (as I do often) these custom moods don’t show up on the list to filter on. Similarly, when in the library tab of music, and looking at my library in “tracks” mode, I also cannot look at the tracks containing one of my custom moods, as it doesn’t show up on the list to select.

However, I know it’s in the system somewhat, as PlexAmp on my phone is able to see my custom moods when I go to its “Moods” tab. It properly filters and shows only the songs I’ve tagged with my custom mood.

Feels like a bug in the web/desktop UI where it’s not listing the custom moods in the filter dropdowns?

Will the custom moods show up after reloading the library or force-quitting/restarting the app? IIRC Plex isn’t reloading all possible parameters immediately.

I stopped and restarted the plex server on my NAS, and closed/reopened the windows desktop app, and they still don’t seem to be showing up.

For example, I’ve defined a “delete” tag and put it on a song, and it doesn’t show when I search to use it in a playlist filter:

(It still doesn’t show even if I try different capitalization, etc)
