please help. it appears as though the download completes… even says so… but when i go to the Downloads and Sync menu in the app or even the Movies-Synced from [my server] nothing shows up. if i go to Manage via the Downloads and Sync menu it will show the download, but i cannot play it from there (can only delete it). really need help. i used this ipad for my disabled daughter who plays her videos everywhere she goes… worked for years and now all of a sudden nothing. Thank you in advance!
I have the same problem. My iPad is a bit older (v. 10.3.3). It downloads, but then there is no place to play it…no place to access downloaded content.
