Server Version#: 4.63.0 running on Synology DS920+
When I set up Remote access, it shows good, but right after, it goes red with “Not available outside your network” error message. My configuration is not simple, so I have tried to simplify it:
Fiberhome modem/router provided by my ISP is clearly performing NAT from my static public IP (Class B 132…) to 192.168.1.0/24. My DD-WRT router is on .1 and I have one interface of my NAS on .99 via static IP (trying to remove double-NAT).
Currently I have disconnected the other LAN port, which I had connected to my network behind the DD-WRT router on 10.0.0.99 (I would love to have both interfaces working, but I think that is another thread.
I cannot configure the router/modem (my ISP has not responded to my request, but I’m not hopeful).
Any ideas?
