Remote Access wont connect since last update (Synology NAS DS918+)

Hey guys, been having remote access issues since the latest update. Have reset all NAS settings as well as all plex settings in an attempt to rectify the issue none of which have solved the issue.

Have done the security update to no help.

If anyone can assist that would be great
