Cannot get automatic subtitles to work

I cannot get automatic subtitles working, I followed this tutorial which seems fairly recent. Have refreshed the metadata on the item and the folder multiple times, restarted the jail, restarted truenas, spun on a dime and nothing works. There isn’t even an option in my player screen to enable subtitles.

FIXED. Uninstalled and re-install Plex. Not sure what the issue was but it’s running as the TrueNAS official app so maybe something up with the jail.
