Subtitles won't automatically download and apply to my movies/tv shows

Player Version#: 4.61.2

I use opensubtitles.org as source for my subtitles and i do that with the agent in plex here you can see my settings:

Mine login and password works too so that’s not the problem. It only shows up like this:

And when i press Search then i can select a subtitle and everything works fine but if i have to do that every time for every movie that’s a bit annoying. It will show this then:

I also have this enabled already:

I already tried to refresh all metadata, restart the server, log out and log in and to move all my movies to a other directory and back but nothing seems to work.

If you already have switched to the new “Plex Movie” agent, the old Python-based subtitle mass-downloader agents don’t work unfortunately.

So the automatic download of subtitles is not working anymore? Because it stopped working in my system.

Really Plex? Really? Something else you want to take away?
