I have folders with many MOV files in each (personal holiday videos) with 1 folder per holiday, but when I create a library, and choose ‘other videos’ and no matter which scanner or agent I select, it always says ‘library’ is empty. (‘plex video files scanner’ and ‘personal media’ are my expected right choice.) I am chose ‘films’ to see my ripped dvd collection. so that option works.
