Plex Video files scanner does not work

I have created a library with set of files in mp4 and mkv format, create new library as Other and assign Plex video files scanner.
After that my library is empty while all files are exists.

Can you get a little bit more specific?
e.g. about your file names / folder structure… it shouldn’t matter much in the context of other videos but there’s always some pitfalls…

Sure. But again, I am using Plex Video Files Scanner with Personal Media agent.

So my library using Sample folder with this content:
/Sample
–4.mp4
–LG Dolby Trailer 4K Demo.ts
–MVI_1006.avi
–P1100365.mov
–Love 2015.mkv

None of this items is visible.

Can you scan the library files for updates, wait for it to finish, then download the server logs and upload the zip file here (debug enabled, verbose disabled)

I overlooked this at first:
Plex ignores folders/files called „Samples“!!

Thanks for this catch, unfortunately it’s not the case : I have tried to rename folder to custom, nothing changed, still no media.

The logs are quite loaded with entries referring to your disk having run out of space (and in consequence the system not being able to watch certain folders). Can you confirm this?

PS: Is any of the files you mentioned above in the folder you tried to scan before creating the logs?

Thats strange. I have a NAS with 15Tb and 2Tb are still available.
Also I have a GDrive attached to folder /volume1/data/4PDA - and now it’s not available. Can it be the reason? I just do not know is there possibility to disable scan for concrete library and do not want to delete it as it will be mounted again little bit later.

I see this line in logs
Feb 03, 2020 20:28:41.746 [0x7f4ec78ec700] ERROR - [Notify] Failed to add watch for “/volume1/data/Media/Custom” (28: No space left on device)

But it cannot be true - again I still have 2Tb available on my single volume.
