Hi
I have a library with personal .mov files that I am trying to get on Plex but the scanner does not find any files. I have tried all possible combinations of scanners and agents but with no luck
Any suggestions?

Yes that is how I started out. Then when no files where found I started changing the scanner and agent but with no luck

Other Video
Folder ( My Birthday 2000)
File 1
File 2 etc
Seems to be some more generic issue. I copied an mp4 file that shows in other media library to same location as my personal videos and that does not show either.
I also redid the Library creation having only the mp4 file in that folder trying with both Movies and Other Videos but still nothing is showing.
So for some reason it seems Plex is not seeing files in one shared folder but it is working for other shared folder… But I have no recollection of changing/setting any permissions for the shared disk and they all look the same. 
Found it… there was a System internal user (Plexmediaserver) that needed access…
