I would think this was simple, but apparently it isn’t. I have Plex on my main account. I created kids accounts and want to share Plex with them so they can watch the shows. There’s no option to add Plex to the kids profiles. Amazon was no help and finally said the app must be age restricted and that’s why it’s not working. But, that doesn’t make sense to me.
How can I make Plex work in the kids profiles on the Fire Stick?

I assume you’re not talking about managed users for your kids created within your Plex account but some profiles on the FireOS level?

The managed users for the kids inside plex works perfectly. I originally had one user on the Firestick (me) and everyone used it. I finally got around to being a responsible parent and split the kids off into their own profiles on the Firestick. There’s the option of adding content/apps to their profiles, but Plex isn’t one of the ones I can see. I finally was able to actually SEE the option of adding it when I went into the parent dashboard online. I checked the box, but it still never showed up in their Firestick profiles. As mentioned above, Amazon was no help. I figured (i.e.: hoped) that someone here would have the answer.
