I have a nvidia shield tv pro, a wdmycloud ex2 and an imac. All my movies etc are stored on my nas running the plex server pre installed and updated to latest version.
I cannot access the wdmycloud on nvidia shield. have tried server on both wd and nvidia with no success. Using my imac to try and add the media still not working. How can i get nvidia to see all my media on wd nas?
Every time i try to add media from mac it keeps asking to install plex server. why do i need to install server on all devices. nvidia says unable to connect to shield tv?
read every forum and you tube to set up but nothing works. tried using server and app on all devices still no good. So how do i get nvidia to see wd nas and be able to add media using imac?
