I bought a new shield pro and installed,updated plex media server and client to the versions noted above. I linked the media server to my account and it shows in authorized devices. I have a synology 1812+ with all my media content. The nas shows as a mounted network storage device.
When i go to the plex client either from the nvidia shield i can see shield android tv server as an option but can not create a library to connect to my nas.
When i open it from my pc in plex.tv.web i do not see the shield android tv as a server option.
Any help or suggestions? IT worked fine when i had media server on my pc and nas with the content. Moving to shield pro for media server was the whole reason i bought it.
