When I go into my Plex settings on my Nvidia Shield TV Pro, the Plex Media Server section is empty. When I go online to Plex.tv, I am unable to connect to the server. I uninstalled / reinstalled both the Media Server and the app on the Shield but this didn’t help.
FYI - I was trying to set up remote access, which connected then dropped. The help section, said to go to devices and remove the servers, which will come back, in the list but I can no longer see the server on my Shield and I am uable to connect to it on Plex.tv website.
