Cannot load title page on Android Mobile

I’m on PMS 1.41.8.9834UPDATE #2: I deleted all collections, including the auto-generated ones, and I’m finally able to load the title page on Android. I’ve just disabled auto collections, and I’m gonna start adding some crucial collections that are used in my home page to see if I can bring a few collections back.

Update: changed the title since now it keeps timing out. It only affects android. Every other client still works fine.

Can someone with a lot of collections test it out? This was fixed around 2025.16, but now it’s back again. Takes forever to load, sometimes takes a whole minute to load.

I still have this issue on latest 2025.21 on my Android phone.

  1. A film added to a collection will not load (smart collections are fine)
    AND
  2. the collection itself will not load on mobile, just spins and spins and black screens with an error

No issue on Plex desktop, AndroidTV apps, or the prior Android Plex app (before the major update).
