Let me rephrase this everybody can understand.I turned on my Nvidia shield yesterday and logged into Plex I had just added a new movie. I saw the movie on the home screen as a recently added and clicked it it was in a collection that I had set up.As to my astonish, as I went down to test it out I didn’t see the other movies in the collection. And I use my Plex everyday so yesterday it was fine and today when I got home from work and added that new movie I went down and there was no collection under reviews like they’re always had been.if I go to the movies and go library it’ll show it in the collection but if you select one movie in that collection under reviews it shows that it’s not even in a collection.
Please fix I would appreciate it so much I have Nvidia shield.
PS also please make it in collections when you’ve selected the movie when you scroll down under reviews to show all movies that you’ve redeemed in that collection no matter how many there are.
Sorry but you’re wrong when you select the movie on the Nvidia shield that’s working for the firestick it seems but on the Nvidia shield if you go down once you’ve selected the movie not when you’re looking in library mode it shows up fine there but when you select a movie under the reviews there is no other movies in the collection for the Nvidia shield
see when it’s in library or when you go to the actual collections tab it shows fine just when you select the movie and you scroll down it’s not nothing’s there and all my movies and they were there earlier yesterday
I said it wasn’t underneath the movie/reviews (see the second set of 3 images). I don’t personally recall ever seeing it there before, admittedly I don’t use my AndroidTV as much as I use the FireTV stick, but if it has been there before, then it just needs to be reported as a bug. However, your initial post was very difficult to understand and lacked any real clarity as to what the problem was, which is why I asked and provided you with screenshots, so you could better explain the issue.
No problem man, we all have that issue from time to time, it was just very hard to understand where and what you were talking about. If it was there before, I think a bug report will have to be submitted, and that will have to be by one of the Ninja’s or one of the Employee’s.

That it’s in a collection, and the other movies in the collection. It’s present on FireTV Stick as shown above in one of my posts, I don’t recall ever seeing it on AndroidTV, but he says it was there, so…
it’s an Android TV box, with the official google approved Android TV logo - maybe the shield is a little behind the rest of them, or ahead and has a bug.
gimme a break. It’s a real Android TV, not using the TV layout. I made sure before I bought it. Let’s stick to the problem, the Shield isn’t working the same way other Android TV devices work
yeh, my pics above in the 2nd post, show the Sony TV as well not having it. So it’s definitely not a Shield only problem as leelynds believes… Like I said, I don’t ever recall seeing it, but if it was there, it certainly means it’s a bug, and needs to be reported…
