I don’t know where on the forum this should be included but I was away from my computer for some time and when I recently tried to log onto my Plex account another user showed up, mmplex@mailna.co. I don’t know the pin so I can’t get in. I had a subscription which I can’t access now. How do you suggest I proceed?
