Cannot log into account/cannot claim server - Windows

Hi,

after the update to 1.18.2.2058, I am now unable to log into my Plex account either from my server, or from any client. I am getting the following error message " Internal Server Error. Something went wrong on our end".

Also, following attempts to solve this (reinstalling update, rolling back to previous versions, complete uninstall and reinstall), I am also now unable to claim my Plex Media Server (as I cannot log into my account). Can anyone advise?

I am receiving notifications via email each time I am attempting to log on, so the system is recognising the attempts.

Any ideas?
