Can’t claim new server

I just built a new Plex Server and have been unable to login to my account on the server itself. The login page just keeps telling me, incorrect username or password and won’t go past it. If I login to the Plex web app on any other computer, the credentials work fine.

All data and config have been transferred to the new server per the Plex document, including the registry keys from the old server. I can access the local website https://localhost:32400/web and it loads. It’s when I try to sign in from there or from Claim Server I get the message above. I have also followed the article to delete all of the PlexOnlineMail, etc. from the registry and that has no effect. I also looked at some of the logs and I see information about Unauthorized.

Update - I’m also unable to login to plex.tv/app from the new Plex Media Server. I get the same error that Username or Password are incorrect.

I turned debug logging on from the local access page and download the logs and attached.

Update: I was able to get this working. The issue was my Windows 11 installation was the LTSC version. Apparently Plex Server does not support that version. I installed Windows 11 Pro and everything is working as it should now and I was able to authenticate and claim the server without any issues. Hope this is helpful for others that might have tried this.
