Cannot login the Plex account on iOS for Sonos

I am trying to link my Plex server to my Sonos Roam. In Sonos iOS app when I go to authorize Plex with Sonos, it takes me to a web login page in Safari (app.plex.tv). I enter my credentials here (using email) and it fails to authenticate complaining of wrong credentials. Problem is, I am providing the correct credentials, same as I use to login here, on my server, etc.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
