When trying to re-autherise Sonos and Plex together via the plex web player, I get the following error page: Internal Server Error
When I try doing it via the Mac App, no window opens.
When I try to autherise Plex via the Sonos iOS app it autherises, but then the service says no content is available.
I have a lifetime plex pro account.
It seems I have a similar issue to this thread, which required a Plex staffer to change some user account settings to clear a cache.
I’ve seen you’ve managed to fix this issue for previous users as there was a cache issue on the user account. I’ve seen other threads with similar issues, but they’ve been closed.
Are you able to please investigate if this is an issue on my account too?
I can connect my Plex account but Sonos cannot “see” any music content. However, I discovered I can search my Plex library. It didn’t work at first but eventually worked. It’s a bummer it won’t just let me browse my Plex library. Weird.
Never mind . I guess the new Sonos app is just quirky. I killed it and started it again and clicked on the Plex icon. Voila. The new Sonos app has been a challenge in our home. Very wonky.
