Cannot move Plex data to internal storage; infinite loop

I’m trying to move my Plex data from internal (user) to internal (system) using this guide:

Everything is fine until step 5; when I hit continue it just brings me back to the screen on step 3. I’ve tried clearing the cache of PMS but it still does the same effect. I really don’t want to wipe my data so if someone can help me move my data that would be nice. I’m really stressed right now and I really need to this to work.
