Cannot play downloaded media with Plex Pass

I have upgraded to Plex Pass. I have successfully downloaded a season of a TV show and can see it in the Downloads section of the app. But when I can to play and episode, there’s just a spinning wheel.

My downloads settings are all ORIGINAL. But I also tried with the default settings. And with lower quality settings.

No idea what’s going on. The app says they’re all downloaded but they refuse to play without an internet connection. I paid for Plex Pass only for this feature, but it doesn’t work? :frowning:

Latest iPadOS version, too (18.2.1)
