Player Version#: 8.18.1 iOS paid for app.
I am able to successfully download media to my ios device by the normal method of hitting download, whilst in the app i watch the download complete and reach 100%.
I then disconnect from wifi restart the app on my ios device and attempt to play the media but it just spins and never starts playing.
The downloads download in original quality both audio and video, I have tried the legacy player in the settings but that still does not work.
I have also tried the prefer downloaded content option but this had to effect and different video media has the same issue so it is not related to one file for example.
Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do in order to resolve this or at least troubleshoot this further?
