All of a sudden I am unable to play back any media.

I have tried:
Complete uninstall, including deleting all references to Plex, Inc. in the registry, program files (x86), and local profile, reboot, reinstall.
Both VLC and Emby play with no problems. All local hard drives on the server, no NAS or Cloud.
