I have a large TV Show playlist that I’m trying to sort, but as of hitting around 300 items I can no longer drag & drop to reorder the episodes. I’ve searched and found past issues, but nothing specific to this situation. Attempting to do so in web browser (PC/Windows) and have tried multiple browsers with the same issue (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Is there a way to resolve this issue for large playlists?

Are you sure this is a regular playlist or maybe a smart playlist? You can only manually reorder regular (“dumb”) playlists – the order of smart playlists is specified as part of the filter they’re based on.
Edit: that being said… I’ve kept testing a bit and it seems manually reordering a regular playlist might fail if you jump around in the playlist without giving Plex a chance to load the items in between. There’s a similar limitation when it comes to multi-selection of items where you can only select a range if all items in between have had a chance to load (e.g. poster/description showing up on the screen).
