Cannot Record

Hello,

I have the latest version of Plex Media Server. Version 1.18.2.2041. I cannot record any live TV using the DVR. This is the XML file from the failed recording. I have a Dell PC running Windows 10 Professional. Any help would be appreciated

Start a recording and let if fail. Then following these instructions EXACTLY and attach the ZIP file of the logs to a post here:
