Cannot see option to add server

Hello everyone,
I am so sorry to be asking such a noob question, but I am not very good with tech stuff and I have watched several videos of trying to set up a server, but I just can’t figure it out.
This is what I am trying to do: I want to be able to watch content from my media library that is on my laptop, to watch it on my AndroidTV (which has a Plex app).
I downloaded the PlexMediaServer.exe on my laptop, but when I open it, I never get prompted to make a server / add a server, etc. It goes straight to what looks like a Home screen

And when I click on “Your Media”, it just asks me to get Plex Media Server.
So I am not sure what I am supposed to do as I already have the Media Server.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Did you install Plex server on this computer before? (Even if it was months or even years ago)

Try performing this procedure:

Use either Chrome or Firefox. Avoid Microsoft Edge.

I believe my brother may have installed it on my computer a few years ago.
I will follow the link you posted and see if that helps.
