I cant add media to my plex or add a server

My computer crashed so i installed plex media server on my windows 11 pro machine.

Now i cant make a server or add media. The set-up page is not starting so i am stuck. If i go to add media it says : get plex media server while i have installed one, please help.

How are you opening your web session to PMS? For a new server, it matters. See “How Do I Claim My Server” here:

Back in Plex Media Server 1.29.2, we introduced some new behavior for macOS. This behavior is now being brought to Plex Media Server for Windows starting with version 1.32.2. In short, for your first access to a Windows-based server, you must use the Plex icon in the notification area to right-click and select “Open Plex…” This initiates the claiming process and then the setup wizard.
